2. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly to us: name, email address, country of billing and any details you include when you contact support. We also collect limited technical and usage data automatically, such as device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address and pages visited.
Payments are processed by third-party, PCI-compliant payment platforms. Card numbers and full payment credentials are entered directly with those processors and are never collected, seen or stored by Duonix LLC. We receive only the transaction confirmation and the billing details required to deliver the product and meet our accounting obligations.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to deliver and give access to the products you purchase, to provide customer support, to send service messages related to your purchase, to comply with tax and accounting obligations, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve our products. Where permitted, we also send marketing messages about our own products.
For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we process personal data on the basis of performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, your consent where it is required, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Sharing with third parties

10. Marketing emails and unsubscribing

Service messages strictly related to a purchase, such as access details and receipts, are not marketing and are sent regardless of that choice.
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function and, where permitted, analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly without the essential ones.
Our products are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with data, write to contact@duonixgroup.com and we will delete it.
